How many of you want to get in a workout on Thanksgiving, but don’t want to waste a ton of time? Or maybe you don’t want to hike down to the nearest Turkey trot. Or your gym is closed. Or maybe you just want to watch the parade! I don’t blame you! But, that’s why today’s workout is perfect for you!
Today I’m sharing the perfect workout that will maximize results, give you endorphins for the day, with minimal equipment, can be done in your home, and while watching the parade. There’s no reason not to do this!
20 Minute Turkey Day Workout:
I actually created this one back when I was blogging at Fit ‘n’ Cookies, but it’s such a good one I needed to reshare!
Each exercise you will complete for 1 minute, and rest 15 seconds in between. Complete the TURKEY DAY exercises twice. Each exercise can be found in the exercise dictionary, too, for reference! So while you’re watching that parade, get in this workout. It’s 20 minutes! That’s it! I’ll be doing this if I don’t get a run in, for sure!
