A 24 minute high intensity workout perfect for toning your whole body without any equipment.
Finding time to work out with a baby can be very challenging. But, Annabelle sometimes lets me work out in front of her. She loves watching the weights go up and down, laughing at me doing burpees, or chasing me around on the back deck as I get in a workout and she walks around. Last Thursday happened to be one of the mornings where I just wanted to get a workout in, but didn’t want to wait until after work. I wasn’t sure how long she would last so HIIT was the way to go. As I started to write down a list of exercises, I decided to switch things up.
Instead of 24 different exercises, this workout has you do four rounds of six exercises. Complete each exercise for 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds. Do not take a break at the end of each round. It’s a perfect 24 minute workout!

Jump Lunges with 3 Pulses: Perform jump lunges but as you are in lunge position, pulse 3 times before jumping.
