Hey everyone, how are we today? I had a pretty productive day yesterday, and an enjoyable one! I managed to do everything I didn’t do this weekend (uhm, laundry), before heading to my cousins. She is on sabbatical after having her little girl, and needed me to watch her and her two other boys! Of course I said yes! We had a lot of fun playing outside and inside.
I also worked out yesterday! After taking my break last week, yesterday I started. It felt great to lift weights, and I was really excited to get back at it. I started the morning with a little walk around our street to warm up, but quickly realized a blister from Saturday was making anything in shoes hurt! Instead of running and aggravating it more (already bled just from my walk!), I just did a strength workout, but still felt amazing!
Also, I mentioned yesterday that I made Apple Spice Cupcakes with Apple Spice Frosting, but completely forgot to link it up! It is Courtney’s recipe, and they really were delicious! I apologize about that!
Alright, now the reason we are actually here today…
This week’s is an elliptical workout!
My elliptical goes from 1-10, but most go from 1-20. If yours does, simply double the level. Also, some have a resistance, and simply set it to a number that will make this a challenge! I love workouts that keep me guessing and fly by, which is what this did!
