Happy Election Day! Are you voting? I am, but I am not a fan of either candidate I’ll tell you that. I’m anxious to see who wins.
While we’re busy waiting to find out who our new president is, how about a workout today?
Last week I shared how I completed a circuit workout and loved it, so I based this one on that routine and did it Saturday. Once again, I loved it. The time flies by, and you are working all your muscles.
I will say to make sure you are really pulling in that core tight when you are doing these exercises. You WILL feel it if you are, but I see so many people in my classes ignore me and I know they don’t get as much out of it (until I yell at them ).
30 Minute Quick and Effective Workout:
Alright, guys, here you go! You will complete each circuit for two rounds. Each exercise is 50 seconds, with a 10 second break between. It’s just enough time to set up and get ready for your next exercise. You are kept moving and don’t have time to get bored! I took a 30-60 second break between circuits. You’ll be done before you even realize it!
