This three round workout will work your full body. Get the hardest round out of the way first as you complete each exercise for 90 seconds, then 60 seconds, then 30 seconds, respectively each round.

Today I’m sharing another good workout for you. Instead of keeping the length of each round the same, I switched things up. The first round will have each exercise lasting for 90 seconds, and 20 seconds between. For the second round, you will complete the exercises for 60 seconds with a 20 second break. The final round, when you’re already super tired, will have each exercise lasting 30 seconds, and a 20 second break between. Keep water nearby!
