Yesterday I had the chance to take a break from teaching and babysit my cousins! I have babysat them quite a few times, and I swear every time gets better. We had an absolute blast together and only wish that I lived closer.
Did I mention there were three of them? Yep, there are. And let me tell you, it’s hard! Ha It’s a crazy day that flies by. There is easily something to do every second of the day, and I am quickly reminded at how there’s little downtime with three kiddos!
Thankfully, there are workouts that leave you feeling amazing in short amounts of time. You don’t need to (and honestly probably couldn’t!) devote an hour to a workout. I mean, running after three kids is absolutely a workout, but in case you need more, you still probably wouldn’t have an hour. This week, I’m focusing on a workout you can do in just a bit of time! This one is only 20 minutes. Set your timer, and be done, and relish in that amazing post-workout feeling.
You can find all of these exercises on the exercise dictionary! Make sure to complete these with proper form, for one minute each. Move on with minimal rest, and repeat 3 more times for a 20 minute workout.
Do you guys like shorter, yet effective, workouts? Should I post more of those?
What’s your favorite thing to do with younger children?
I personally love building puzzles with Jackson, or going on walks and playing on the swingset! It’s always a lot of fun.
