Can anyone else agree with me that this weekend wiped them out?! I loved it all, but I really went to bed at 9:15 Sunday night, and woke up at 5:50 yesterday morning. That’s about 8.5 hours of sleep, and I could’ve stayed in bed. Lucky for me, I knew I had an excellent workout planned. I love starting my week with a workout! It makes my entire week start on a good note, which is always needed on a Monday!
Clearly that means you should now start your week off with a new workout! Here is this week’s Trainer Tuesday!
This week, I decided to focus on the arms in a (tad) bit of an easier workout. I say easier in the sense that it is less pressure on your body. The workout I wrote for Melissa last week was definitely a tough one, and took a lot on your body. I would compare this week’s workout with 30-45 minutes of cardio! Use weights that challenge you with the last 2-3 reps, but not too difficult to remain good form!
As with every Trainer Tuesday, please listen to your body and only do what you can! Maybe you want to do 2 sets of each, or 12-15 reps instead. No problem! Switch it up to fit you!

Unfortunately, my awesome start to the week didn’t go exactly as planned. The day wasn’t was what expected, and was just a not so good day. Luckily, I had a wonderful appointment after school! I had my final dress fitting! Bridget joined me again (Jenn was going to but got stuck at work ). Here’s a little clue, Bridget cried when I put it on. Should tell ya somethin The work that this seamstress did, and the great job she did, was unbelievable! Not sure what I was expecting, but to see it all put together was the best feeling. Now, however, I have to wait until July 27 to put it on again! They are keeping it and will just press it by the day I need it, which saves us from trying to find a place for it!
