Let’s recap this week’s workouts!
Sunday: 30 minute elliptical
Monday: None. I worked and then didn’t feel up to it when I got home.
Tuesday: 30 minute elliptical
Wednesday: Workout below!
Thursday: 35 minute walk outside with Aaron. It was a beautiful night! We went up some steep hills, which was a struggle for me, but I made it huffing and puffing the whole way!
Friday: Taught Bodysculpting
Saturday: Rest day
This week included some light cardio and some lifting. I would have done additional lifting but I was tired on Monday and since I had to work, it just didn’t work out so well. Things happen and we just have to roll with them! I’m happy to still be teaching and working out at (mostly) a good intensity at 32 weeks. Walking definitely hurts worse than the elliptical, so I tend to stick to that if possible!
Challenge Your Body Full Body Workout
I made up this Challenge Your Body Full Body Workout last week as I wanted to include more squats and keep my upper body strong. Like I’ve mentioned, the lunges aren’t feeling so great right now, but squats are fantastic to do while pregnant, so I included some of those.
This workout is meant to be completed three times. You will want to use weights that challenge you and you feel the burn by the end of the reps. You can also add in weights for the squats. For full exercise demonstrations, visit the exercise dictionary.
