The countdown from 100 workout will leave you in a pile of sweat. Make sure you have water nearby for this full body circuit workout.
Well hi there everyone! I will admit, after multiple days above freezing, even into the 50s and 60s, waking up to see snow today is just a little miserable. I like snow, but really just for Christmas. After that, the temps can move right on back to the 50s and snow can be a thing of the past. Funny enough, we haven’t had snow on Christmas in years.
Just because it’s snowing outside doesn’t mean we can’t get a workout in inside! This workout can be made at home friendly by picking up some water bottles or canned goods when you need dumbbells! It’s also a perfect workout to just challenge yourself!
Countdown from 100 Workout
The way this one works is to grab a stop watch, and get moving. Try to perform without many breaks. I suggest starting by just completing it once as is. If you feel it was too easy, head back up the ladder, ending with 100 squats. You may add weights to the squats and lunges if you’d like. Please remember that these will fatigue your muscles, so make sure you are still completing them with proper form!
