After mentioning I haven’t been doing so well with our dinners as of late, I took the time to really crack down and make a meal plan. It looks delicious and I’m very excited about it!
Sunday: Having both our families over for a cookout- Hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, fruit, pasta salad, and potato salad.
Monday: Pizza Casserole– It doesn’t really taste like pizza, but just as a pasta dish that is made in the crock pot.
Tuesday: Life Group
Wednesday: Crockpot Applesauce BBQ Chicken
Thursday: Sloppy Joes
Friday: Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas
Saturday: Up in the air
I didn’t include sides and veggies on this list. We eat veggies every night, and typically have a side. However, I wait until I get to the store and see what is on sale.
Monday: Body Sculpt
Tuesday: 4 easy treadmill miles
Wednesday: Interval Sculpt and 20 minutes on the elliptical
Thursday: Run 5
Saturday: 7 Miles. I woke up and we headed to garage sales so I couldn’t get it in first. After coming back, I just wasn’t feeling like a run, and knew there were other things on our agenda for the day. I was finally ready to run at 5 and just ran on the treadmill while watching Bridesmaids and catching up on blog posts. It actually wasn’t too bad. I chose to do some pick ups throughout, so after about 2 miles, I ran 45 seconds at a faster pace and then 1 minute 30 seconds back at the usual pace. I did speed 7 and 7.5 for these. I did that until a cool down which was about the last 3/4 mile. I felt good after it!
