Time to pop in with a currently post! Here’s what’s been going on this month.
This was written last week, keep in mind!
Our vacation! I’ve been making lists and planning all month.
I picked up a few magazines which were nice to read but besides that, nothing. I did get a James Patterson book from the attic so I should get on that. Aaron and I both said we wanted to get to the library to get a book for vacation. Then we remembered we have two kids, sooo no room for reading, ha.
One Tree Hill and New Girl. One Tree Hill is just background noise during nap time basically and New Girl is Aaron’s and my new favorite show. Seriously, so good!
To be more flexible. Nolan is not an easy baby. Well, I take that back. He is so chill, but he just struggles with 45 min naps like Annabelle did. It’s really frustrating because I was so over it with Annabelle, ha. But I’m just not flexible and really struggle but I’m trying!
Leftovers. Week before vacation- gotta use up all those leftovers!!
Salads every day. Trying to lose the rest of this baby weight, and also I’m really enjoying them, actually.
Diet Coke. It’s my weakness.
How to fit everything in my car for vacation, ha. But really I’m thinking of all the memories we are going to make. Deep Creek is my favorite vacation and I look forward to it every year.
Look at her!!
Who has time to pin with two kids, ha!
I actually made Annabelle this little toy to work on fine motor skills. I just cut holes in the top of a Oatmeal container and she pushes pipe cleaners through. She loves it!
The mall! I haven’t been in so long and I made the effort the other day. I took both kids- we walked slowly around Target, and played at the play area. I went shopping in stores for the first time in months.
My kiddos. Also loving that Nolan has been giving me a longer stretch at night! It’s unreal how much I miss a full night sleep.
Of an ice cream flurry. I’ve been eliminating a lot of dairy from my diet. I do still eat a piece of cheese or two and am not totally strict, but I don’t eat yogurt, or have ice cream, or things full on dairy.
A tad overwhelmed and stressed for how vacation will go. We’re all sharing one room and I’m nervous Nolan is going to wake up Annabelle. We shall see!
Podcasts! I’m finally entering the 21st century, lol.
Our anniversary is coming up! Aaron and I are hoping to go to Kennywood for our anniversary!
Productivity, ha. I am not very productive during nap time but I wish I were more productive.
