Hi everyone! I know, two posts in a day.. remember when that was the norm? Sorry to say that it probably won’t be making a comeback, but it’s been a few weeks since I’ve given you a workout! Truth be told, I haven’t been creating too many of my own. I’ve been loving switching things up between all the workouts I see posted on my favorite blogs! But this week? I created something just for you!
I needed to give my legs a change to recover from running, and wanted something to leave me out of breath in a shorter amount of time! Enter: Elliptical HIIT. Enjoy!
The resistance in parenthesis are just a suggestion. My elliptical does not have anything but resistance on a scale of 1-10, so 3 is a great warm up, and 8/9 is a great challenge. If yours has a crossramp, set it to 10. If yours goes from 1-20, double these numbers!
