You didn’t think I’d really forget about giving you a workout today, did you? Fear not, I have an excellent one today.
Running may burn a ton of calories, but we all know we need to do some cross-training to prevent injury. I have an elliptical at home, and use it when I either don’t want to run, or need to switch things up. However, the elliptical gets b-o-r-i-n-g! There are times when 10 minutes feels like an hour. So, I thought it would be fun to switch it up! This will make you work, and will make you sweat. Don’t say I didn’t warn you
