Hi all. Thanks so much for the well wishes. You’d think I would be a pro at getting these removed by now, but unfortunately that’s not the case. So for now, I’ll be hanging out on the couch, or my bed, or standing.. wherever I can get comfortable

This week’s workout is a bit different. I wanted to start adding fitness into my overall day, and not just during my workout. I also wanted a way to wake up fast, and finish off the night strong. I decided to start incorporating three moves, done once in the morning, and again at night.
This isn’t hard, but it’s enough to wake me up in the morning, and make me feel a bit better about myself after I hang out on the couch all night before I go to bed. Maybe you don’t need an extra boost in the morning, but this gets your entire day started off well. I’ve only been doing this for over a week, but I can already tell you I love it! Exercise puts me in a good mood, and I get in an even better mood after tackling this twice a day. Give it a try for a few days and let me know how it goes!
