I’m sure by now, you have heard of the wonderful company, Fabletics (affiliate link!; thank you!). Fabletics started by Kate Hudson. Fabletics has high quality work out outfits, along with a few accessories.
Here’s how it works.
You sign up and take a short quiz so they can personalize outfits for you. The first outfit you order is as low as $25! When you order the outfit, you can choose to become a VIP member, or choosing not to, but you will pay more (the quality is definitely worth the price, though!) Once you place your first outfit, you will receive personalized doutfits each month. These outfits begin at $49.95 and go up based on what might come with them. You can skip each month, by logging in and pressing the “skip this month” option by the 3rd of the month. You won’t owe any money for doing this, but if you forget, you will be charged $49.95, which will stay as a credit until you spend it.
I received my first outfit a few months ago and wear it all the time. The wrap is my favorite piece. The quality was great, and the sizes fit me perfectly. Fabletics is wonderful to bloggers, and I was sent an entire outfit to review for you!
I was asked to pick out three pieces from the August collection. Jackie actually sent me four pieces so I had another one to match the shorts. I received the Pink Lava Print Moro Shorts, Sevan Sports Bra in Mulberry, and Norwalk top in Pink/White and Inkwell/Mulberry. Let’s break it down.
I loved the different look of the shorts! They aren’t the same plain black that I own, which made them perfect. The shorts are a durable material, but also very soft. I felt comfortable in them, and loved that they stayed put. I wore them to jump/run/ lift, and they stayed exactly where they should have. Shorts that don’t stay are deal breakers. I don’t have time to be fussing with them all the time!
The sports bra:
Upon first glance, I wasn’t so sure about this as it doesn’t have any pads in it, and I get a bit worried without them (you know what I mean, ladies). I was also nervous about the strap going around my neck that it would pull on me. Once I put it on, I forgot about my worries. This was the most comfortable sports bra I have. I didn’t even feel it behind my neck, and the padding didn’t even bother me. This bra is one I wouldn’t wear for high impact activities, but it’s great for yoga!
The Norwalk Top:
When I first received these, they were both snug. I had ordered an XS after that size fit me the last time in the top, but this has a built in, supportive sports bra, of which I needed a small. I talked to Jackie, and she graciously sent me another one in Mulberry color, but the pink was sold out. I decided to keep that one as I loved the color a bit too much to get rid of it! haha Yes, it is snug, but it wasn’t the worst.
When I tried on the small, it was perfect. It fit great throughout, and the design was my favorite! I loved that you could see the side cut outs, and that it was flowy. There was even a jawstring that you could pull to make it tight around the bottom so it doesn’t come up. That is crucial for me teaching classes. I prefer tops that don’t come up when performing movements on the ground.
Now, Jackie was kind enough to let me keep the Mulberry XS and give it away to one of you! If you would fit in that and would like it, please just comment below! I will choose a winner Friday.
