When I first began blogging, I knew I wanted to share my workouts, and I have consistently been sharing them weekly. Over time, the exercises developed, but I couldn’t seem to always find the exact exercise on YouTube so I could show you how to perform it.
I knew I wanted to create my own videos showing each exercise I have posted. Little did I know that I actually have shared 153 different exercises! Can you believe it? I definitely couldn’t.
After getting over that realization, I set to work to tape them myself. You guys, who knew all that this would entail! It wasn’t even so much the videos, it was more YouTube being connected to Google+ (I still don’t know what that means.)
With all that aside, I am very excited to finally share my new Exercise Dictionary. You can find it on the top of my blog. Once you click on it, you will be taken to a page where it lists every exercise, broken into sections. You will find arm exercises, leg exercises, cardio exercises, core exercise, and combination exercises.
Once you find your exercise, you can click it, and it will take you to my very own YouTube Channel! Specifically, you’ll be taken to the exercise you want to see. I tried to keep them short and to the point. Some exercises I talk through the exercise and some I just show you what to do.
If you just head over to my YouTube channel, you will be welcomed with a little video for you to get to know me (or just relate my voice to my blog since that’s one of my favorite things with a blogger!) and hopefully you click the subscribe button!
There are 117 videos, as some videos had more than one exercise, but it is broken so you will know which is coming next. I did this for exercises that were similar, like 6 kinds of squats went into one video.
As I create new exercises, I will be sure to post new videos! I couldn’t be happier with how this all turned out. I am sure there are still things I need to learn, but for taking this huge jump into the land of YouTube, I’m very excited to share it all with you!
What else would you like to see on my channel?
