Hi all! This week we don’t really have a meal plan. Well, we ended up not eating 3 of the dinners from last week so that’s for the beginning of this week, and then we have Christmas parties and babysitting going on, so I’m skipping that portion!
If you have any great meal ideas, leave them in the comments! I’m always on the hunt for new ones.
Instead, let’s jump right to the fitness this week. I felt like it was a good one!
Sunday: 3 mile run
Monday: Taught Bodysculpt. I left with my arms shaking and loved it!
Tuesday: 5 mile run before work.
Wednesday: Supposed to teach 2 classes. The class I covered had no one come (which I figured- they knew it wasn’t Kettlebell and the teacher had foot surgery so they haven’t been coming). I ended up doing 20 minutes on the Elliptical, and 20 minutes on the Treadmill walking with a high incline. I then taught my Interval Sculpt and we did a workout based on “Thankful” like Katie posted last week! They loved it.
Thursday: 5K morning treadmill run.
Friday: Melissa’s Turkey Day workout, plus some abs and a warm up walk on the treadmill.
Saturday: Rest Day. I was going to get a run in in the morning, but ended up sleeping in, and then was busy the rest of the day.
Sunday (today): I got in a 5 mile run this morning. I did a 2 mile warm up at 7.1 and then the last 3 miles were 45 seconds at 9 and 1 minute at 7.0. I was a drippy mess and felt fantastic after! Love those runs. I haven’t been including H IIT or speed lately, but it felt good to get it back, and it made the time fly by.
