Hi guys! Just popping in fast to share my workouts. I have been gone all weekend, and therefore have no meal plan and never food prepped! This week will be interesting
Monday: Body Sculpt in the am and pm. Two different classes but I loved teaching them both! It was my first day. The night class is my new class but the morning was for someone on vacation.
Tuesday: 3 mile run
Wednesday: Interval Sculpt class. This was actually a sub class as things were open now. It was an interval step class. I ended up mixing things up and not doing just body sculpt but including more cardio. I loosely followed this workout. The class was hurting but in a great way! I just found out that I am taking over that class for the month and seeing if people like it and the class builds. This will be different as it is more bootcamp class and not just strength.
Thursday: 4 mile run. I am still struggling with my knee. I am not sure what is going on and it’s really frustrating! I just want to have it all better so I can go out and run. I can still feel it a lot, and even though it is getting better, it is worrying me.
Friday: A mix of workouts. I tried out a new app, practiced some of my workout for tomorrow, did some abs.
Saturday: 10 minute walk on the treadmill and this workout.
