Alright my beautiful readers, this is going to be short and sweet! I have a plane to go catch!
Speaking of which, I have ZERO idea what my posting schedule will be like. I will be three hours behind, and in the beautiful city of Portland, with lots to do and explore! I am taking care of three entertaining children, so they will receive most of my time

This week’s workouts were great! I am following along my plans as I don’t have Best Body Bootcamp workouts to rely on everyday. Some mornings I was able to wake up and get a fantastic workout in, and other times, I had to wait until after school
Saturday- Took a day off! Basically only because I was too busy to fit one in!
Sunday- Jump Your Heart Out workout.
Monday- 3.5 mile run in 30 minutes, followed by Sunkissed Abs from Tone It Up
Tuesday- Tri’s, Bi’s, and Shoulders Circuit, and this elliptical workout.
Wednesday- Fantastic 5 mile run followed by another round of Sunkissed Abs.
Thursday- Focused on Chest, Back, and Legs along with another HIIT workout on the elliptical!
Friday- Kettlebell workout, which I loved! Also, 20 minutes on the elliptical.
My workouts will also be a hit or miss next week. I don’t have any set in stone that I need to complete or else! I would love to get a couple great runs in, and will be participating in the Shamrock race. I have a feeling my workouts will be chasing after the cuties!
**Side Note** If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw that I tried a new snack yesterday that jumped out at me at Target the other day. I thought it looked delicious and the flavor is like my favorite! Anything that tastes like cupcakes works for me
Looks good, right? 5g protein, 3g fiber. Um, not so much. I took one bite and it tasted like a chalky protein covered bar. It didn’t have any taste to it, let alone a cupcake flavor. I was really disappointed because I bought a box to take with me this week. Good thing I decided to try one out!
