Sunday: Superbowl. Making a few dips!
Monday: Chicken Patties with broccoli or zucchini
Tuesday: Tortilla Soup with Beer Biscuits
Wednesday: Loaded Potato and Buffalo Chicken Casserole with a side of broccoli
Thursday: Tortilla Soup and biscuit leftovers
Friday: Pesto Pasta with Garlic Bread
Saturday: Leftover Potato and Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Sunday: 30 Minute Yoga for Athletes video (on Fios onDemand)
Monday: 30 Minute (with warm up and cool down! Equaled 4.06 miles) Out of my Comfort Zone Workout, Shoulder Shaper, and Workout Finisher, along with a 10 minute walk
Tuesday: 7 Mile Run and Leave you Sore Abs
Wednesday: Sara Haley Sweat Unlimited 45 minute Workout. This workout focuses on 8 Tabatas each included a kickboxing move and a core move, alternating back and forth! It is tough and my legs were dead by the end.
Thursday: 3 Mile Shake out Run
Friday: Sleek and Slender Abs 3x. I was sore both Thursday and Friday, and I’m not positive why. The shoulder workout definitely make me sore, but random parts of my body were feeling it. I think it was the Sara Haley video! Not complaining at all, but could tell it was best if I kept my workout low today to let it recover.
Saturday: 7 Mile Run 58:30 and some stretching
