After last week’s fantastic meals, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to come up with a good meal plan! I’m hoping this one is another good one!
Sunday: Burgers and Fries. We had burgers a few weeks ago and they were so good. Since then I’ve been craving another, which is not something I ever crave!
Monday: Chicken Parm with some pasta
Tuesday: Pesto Pasta or Tortellini
Wednesday: Homemade Pizza
Thursday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Friday: Chicken Fajitas in the crock pot!

Sunday: Full Body Workout
Monday: Rest day since I worked out Sunday
Tuesday: 5.65 Mile Run and Melissa’s Ab workout
Wednesday: New Year New You Upper Body Workout and 20 minutes treadmill walking
Thursday: 5.35 Mile Run
Friday: Leg Torture, ha, and 20 minutes on the treadmill and some abs
Saturday: 10 Mile Run! And a 3 mile walk with Aaron
