Wednesday: Pizza Flatbreads (something light before Dodgeball)
Thursday: Breakfast for Dinner (Something light before our Life Group meeting where there will be some light snacks)
Friday: Fiesta Chicken
Saturday: Light dinner as I am having game night with plenty of food!
Question for you… Do you guys like seeing my workouts from last week? Would you rather see my schedule for this week? I do like sharing these as I love seeing other people’s workouts and what they do weekly. Let me know and I can switch it up! I could do last week’s actuals and this week’s goals if that sounds better. I’m up for whatever!
Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: Danica’s No stopping Lower body and core workout
Tuesday: 5 Mile Run and Evening Abs
Wednesday: Full Body Workout up this week!
Thursday: 4 Mile Run (4.4 with warm up and cool down)
Friday: So, Thursday I went on a field trip. I got out of the bus and did who knows what, but all of a sudden my left deltoid started hurting, but only when I moved it in certain directions or when I would lift something. I thought (hoped) it would go away, but it didn’t come Friday morning, which made me skip the workout in efforts of letting it heal. I do not want my shoulder to be injured! I did do a 20 minute no equipment workout that I’ll be sharing soon.
Saturday: Cardio and core workout (7.4 miles) Forgot how much this one hurts! ha It’s hard and challenging, but always shows me I am more capable than I think sometimes.
