Hey there everyone! I hope your week is off to a great start. We had a fantastic morning yesterday. I managed a 3 mile run and followed it up with the upper body and squat workout. By the end, my legs were ready to be done with squats! They were burning in that awesome, yet totally on fire want to be done way. That’s what we love about squats, right? Hopefully they’re working to get that booty back Here’s a look at it again in case you forgot!
Today, though, is a new kind of workout. It’ll be sure to get you nice and sweaty, while keeping it on the shorter side. It may seem easy, but 5 rounds is no joke, and trying to do it without taking too many breaks is difficult!
Try to complete these with little rest as you are going for time. That does not mean to rush through them. Do each exercise with proper form. It does mean to keep moving through and not take tons of breaks just because. It may not take too long, but you will feel it! If you are up for more of a challenge, perform the squats and lunges with weights.
