An at home, no equipment workout; perfect for days when you may be too snowed in to leave the house! Oops, scheduled this for tonight! Hate when that happens 😉 Hello! I hope my friends in the northeast are staying warm and safe with all the snow coming your way! I can’t wait to see all the pictures throughout the day on Instagram (follow me!)
I am sharing a great workout for all of you who may be trapped inside from snow, too cold to go outside, or just want a no equipment workout to complete! This Gotta Stay Warm At home No Equipment Workout has the perfect mix of both cardio and strength. It’s a great high intensity workout, leaving you a sweaty mess in no time!
Gotta Stay Warm At Home No Equipment Workout
This is done as two circuits. You will complete each exercise for 1 minute before immediately moving on to the next. Take a 30 sec-1 min break before repeating. Complete the left circuit two times, before completing the right two times. This workout will be about 45 minutes with a few breaks here and there.

I was actually surprised at my weekly recapas and was suddenly reinspired to put more effort into my workouts. I had pretty much quit scheduling my workouts, and just went with the flow. This is great, but I just had no huge desire to workout, and put my effort into it (except for teaching- I am always motivated and love to teach!)
Here is the past week’s workouts…
Tuesday: Taught Cardio Sculpt. It was a great one! Wednesday: 3 mile run. Felt great and my legs were ready to go, but I didn’t wake up in time for a longer run. Oops! Thursday: Rest day. Friday: 5 mile morning run. Saturday: 4 mile run. After awakening to snow, I turned to the treadmill, keeping it a bit comfortable and easy. Sunday: Rest day/ painting all day Monday: 6 mile workout. I was inspired to do this one after planning out my weekly workouts. I usually teach on Monday’s, but after painting all weekend, I knew I needed to get to the store and wanted to finish up my house, so I found a sub. I was very glad I did when the roads got worse from the snow and wouldn’t have had an easy commute! Total Miles for the year—53 miles. Woo!
Have you experienced any snow this year?
Did you watch Gilmore Girls? What’s your Netflix choice of show these days?
I am loving watching the reruns!
