Before I start, I have to wish my mom a very happy birthday! I sure love having you as my mom and grandma loves you as her grandma. Hope it’s the best day!
This weekend was pretty eventful! Friday night wasn’t anything spectacular, so let’s get to the good stuff.
Saturday morning, Aaron took A to the library for story time. I take her about twice a week, but once a month they have it on Saturday. While they were off, I relished in some quiet time, took a slow shower, did some of those pesky chores like laundry, pulled things down from the attic for the babe, and then they returned. After lunch, Uncle Matt and Aunt Shelby came over to babysit while Aaron and I headed off for my valentine’s day presenttttt… which was a prenatal couples massage! Oh my gosh. You guys. First off, a date afternoon with Aaron was perfect, but this massage was incredible and I now want one weekly. We did some Easter shopping after grabbing lunch at Gianna Via’s nearby.
After returning for a few hours, I headed out to my aunt’s house. She graciously had a sprinkle for Jenn and myself. Jenn is due June 15 with a little boy as well! It’ll be so fun for two little boys! My aunt outdid herself and had lots of desserts and coffee for everyone. Annabelle lasted until 8 when daddy picked her up.
Sunday was church, nap (for A), hockey game (for Aaron), workout (for me), and then A and I headed over to my aunt’s for my uncle’s 60th birthday celebration. We played outside after and walked up to the mall, too.
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and have a great start to your week!
