I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for my mother. She is not only an amazing mother, but I’m lucky to have her as a best friend. I hope to one day be as great a mom as she is. She works hard every day (often times without recognition) and never complains about it. I love that she is just as passionate about working out as I am, and that I am lucky enough to have her to join me. I love you, mom, and hope you have a great day!

Tuesday: T25 Speed 2.0 plus Pulsing Abs

Thursday: 5 Mile Run
Friday: Pulsing Abs
Saturday: 7 Mile Run – 3 by myself, 3 with my mom, and last one by myself. Loved having her split it up and make it more fun!
