Ever have those days where you are just kind of in a funk? Sometimes it happens to me when I have been so busy without much time for myself. It usually makes Wednesday’s a bad day for me because I am still catching up from last weekend, but eagerly awaiting next weekend! One thing we can do is to make Wedneday’s “Feel Good Wednesdays.” I chose to take my crazy stressed self, and turn it around. Here are some ways I did it:
Stop for some Fro Yo on your way home! It’s the perfect way to make your mood instantly better.
Go for a run in the park. I particularly love heading out for a run when I need a moment to myself. Sometimes those runs are the best thing!
Paint my nails- This was the best way to relax on Wednesday. I couldn’t get over how great it felt to finally have color on my nails!
Indulge in a glass of wine. This is perfect for dinner time, but what if you need a break in the middle of the day? I suggest trying Deer Park® Brand Sparkling Natural Spring Water. It’s all about the little things that make our days that much better. Getting Fro Yo, relaxing with Benson, painting my nails, and enjoying a night out can make the weekend seem closer, and allow you to make it through the work week!
