Happy Tuesday, everyone! The countdown is seriously on until the Christmas holidays, but more the break I have! Until then, I am filling my time doing festive and fun things. I’m already starting to look up new cookie recipes to try out for Christmas, so if you have any, send them my way I love trying new ones around Christmas time! Last year, I came home from work one day, and baked 9 kinds of cookies! There was no plan to make that many, or all in one day, but I just kept going. This year, I’m hoping to start my baking early and make one kind every few days and freeze them!
What other holiday traditions do you have for the entire month? Do you do anything special? I’m hoping to start some new traditions with Aaron this year. I’m thinking a 12 days of Christmas activity jar of some sort where we pick out something to do each day for 12 days leading up to Christmas. I’d love to hear more ideas though to make the whole month special.
This time of year is also quite busy. Though I have just a few more things to purchase for Christmas, I still have many other things keeping me busy. This is a time where I still need to workout for my sanity, but focus more time on family and fun, and try to make the most out of each workout.
This week’s workout makes your booty burn! I wanted a low impact lower body workout, but one that still left me feeling it. This is short and sweet, perfect for the holiday season. It’s also perfect to tack on to the end of another workout for an extra burn.
Complete this workout however many times you’d like. Feel free to add weights to make it more challenging.
