I felt like yesterday was a whirl wind of a day. I barely had time to breathe while subbing, and then things just happened nonstop all night! I really regretted the extra sleep yesterday morning when I was working out at 5:30 last night… Evening workouts just aren’t my thing! After a weekend of waking up early for different reasons, the sleep was much appreciated!
Last night, my aunt and cousin came over to help me assemble some Invitations! I loved having the help! I set everything up so we could go in a procession and get it all done! I may have also baked some brownies for them to enjoy
Getting everything ready to go! Can you notice the awesome pinkness?
Obviously needed some brownies for this!
Ready to go!
I am so thankful they were willing to help me, and I knocked another huge thing off my list! I mentioned before, but I am trying really hard to get things done while Aaron is gone this week. I want to be able to enjoy summer and going boating instead of doing wedding plans! Speaking of the boat…
It came home on Saturday!! Now, we just need to get it in the water I’m thinking that will be coming this weekend (Basically because I told my dad it can’t happen next weekend with my shower and the Race for the Cure/Mother’s Day, so we need to go it now. I had no objections!)
I can’t leave you hangin’ anymore! Here is this week’s workout!
This weeks focuses on Tabata style again. I really love these kinds of workouts, because the time flies by. Make sure to really push yourself to the max during the 20 seconds, though.
For example, you would do 20 seconds of Jumping Jacks, rest 10 seconds, 20 seconds of push ups, rest 10 seconds. Repeat that 3 more times! And, bam! 20 minutes later you are finished!
What are you most looking forward to this summer?
Who all is racing this weekend?
Do any of you do the Race for the Cure?
