With summer approaching, I know I am trying to squeeze more out of each workout I do, and focusing on my legs since they will soon be showing more and more! I love summer because it means shorts, and dresses!
Being that our legs will be on display instead of hiding under yoga pants everyday, what would be better than a circuit to tone those legs up? That’s right, nothing Today’s Trainer Tuesday workout focuses on the legs and abs.
When I do this workout, I hold dumbbells whenever possible to get more out of it. However, you definitely do not have to! Feel free to use your bodyweight only.
