If you haven’t already, take the five minutes to watch this. I’ll wait.
Are you guilty?
Do you spend more time on your phone than you’d like?
Do you see where this pattern is taking us?
I thought this video was amazing and really connected to it. I have really been working on putting my phone down and not being on it all the time. I am trying to enjoy the moment, and not need to check Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, blogs, etc. all the time. It’s easy, though, to get caught up in it. When it’s all on your phone, and your phone is with you, it’s just a click of a button.
What if we didn’t have our phones all the time? Would we talk to others more? Would we have more fun in life? Would things change?
I don’t know, and not sure I will know the answer. I can say that when I don’t have my phone beside me, I don’t feel like I need to be checking it, or be on it. I am spending more time at night talking with Aaron and listening to what he says. I am spending more time living my life instead of documenting it or seeing what others are doing.
