Monday: Mexican Chicken in the crockpot- never got around to it a few weeks ago, so we’ll try again!
Tuesday: Fettuccini Alfredo from scratch
Wednesday: Tortilla Soup
Thursday: Chicken, Brown Rice, veggies
Friday: Ranch Turkey Burgers
Saturday: I’m gone, so Aaron is on his own
Fitness for the Week
This week was Taper week, so everything was a bit easier. I didn’t do anything that would leave me sore, and took more time off than usual.
Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: 3 mile run with Squats and Lunges workout along with more leg exercises after
Tuesday: 30 minute tempo run
Thursday: 4 mile run
Friday: 15 minute shake out run
Saturday: Rest day
Sunday: My race!
And now that my race is over, I am going to focus more on other workouts. Truthfully, my feet need a break from all the running, and I just have been feeling like I just do it to cross it off my to-do list. I still love to run, but I will be taking down mileage, after taking off a few days!
