I have had such a relaxing weekend, it has been so great. I’ve been trying to get this done for hours but Benson is fascinated by the computer and keeps running all over it. It cracks me up, but he makes it really hard to blog! Haha
Sunday: Aaron has Fantasy Football draft, so I’m on my own. I think I may eat at my parents, or just find something around here!
Monday: Burgers and Sweet Potato Fries (never did get around to making them last week!)
Tuesday: Chicken, Rice, Veggies. Most likely in Stir Fry form.
Wednesday: Melting Pot! We have a coupon ending at the end of August that we need to use! Aaron has his first day for grad school today so we figured might as well use it then!
Thursday: I’m on my own. Aaron has a concert, so I’ll probably have spaghetti or go to my parents.
Friday: I may be heading up to our cottage in Conneaut Lake so I could be eating on the road, or again, I’ll find something.
Saturday: Picnic at Conneaut Lake!
Nothing too crazy this week. With next weekend being Labor Day already, our plans have been a bit crazy. You know what, though, life gets like that. I have food here that I can make, so I’m just not worrying about it!
I have had some great workouts this week! It felt great to get them all in, and even managed a few early morning ones!
Monday: 30 Minute Run and Alysia’s Upper Body Workout
I was super sweaty by the end.
Tuesday: 4 mile run and Leave You Sore Abs
Thursday: Cardio and Core Circuit
Friday: Sweat It Out Bootcamp Workout
Saturday: It was supposed to be a 5.5 mile run. I woke up sore and not in the mood so I decided to wait until this morning. However, It didn’t happen today either. I’m not worrying about it, though. I thought maybe I’ll go out for a run after Church, or just forget about it. I start training for my race in November this week, so a few days off might be needed right now!
So there you have it! Hopefully I gave you some new ideas for your week of fitness, or something to make for dinner! Have a fantastic Sunday, everyone! I’m off to play with my little Benny man! Before I say see ya, I have to tell you Benson slept in his little bed yesterday for a nap AND from 10:30-6:30 this morning! His bed was on our bed but still, he snuggled right in it and slept like a good boy
