Hi everyone, how are you all today? I’ve already started on my food prep for the week, and dinner is almost ready to go in the crockpot. Hope you are all enjoying a great weekend!
This week’s meal plan is a mix of what was supposed to be last week, and just easy meals we love. We were lucky that both of our moms brought over dinner so I didn’t need to worry about cooking, which was the best. Therefore, a lot of things we already had are on this week’s menu!
Sunday: Tortilla Soup with mozzarella beer biscuits (these are so good!)
Monday: Salsa Chicken wraps
Tuesday: Buffalo Chicken Wraps. We had these last week and they were really easy and really good.
Wednesday: Tortilla Soup Leftovers
Thursday: Crabmeat Alfredo
Sunday: either more leftovers, or Tacos!
Well, the fitness front has been quite the let down this week, which I knew it would. Sunday I did manage to get in a good one, but then I’ve done slim to none since then.
Tuesday: Lots of couch time!
Wednesday: 20 minute walk
Thursday: 20 minute elliptical
Friday: Does cleaning the house count?
Saturday: 5 mile run. This felt amazing. I was worried how it would go, but besides the occasional rubbing of my stitches, I was good to go! I came home feeing like a completely different person, and was so happy to just get out of the house. Running does wonders for your mood, I tell ya!
Sunday: I’m hoping for another run! It’s pretty terrible outside with rain, high winds, and thunderstorms, so I will be heading to our community center if I feel like it!
