Good morning, friends!
Sunday: Leftovers/throw something together/ go to one of our parents.
Monday: Taco Pasta with Garlic Bread
Tuesday: Chicken, mixed veggies, and brown rice
Wednesday: Breakfast for dinners. Probably Omelets, roasted potatoes, zucchini.
Thursday: Chicken wraps, broccoli, and some sort of fries
Saturday: Mini pizzas with tortillas, broccoli, brown rice
Sunday: Turkey Ham, Sweet Potato Fries
As always, this is what I plan, but sometimes things come up. Last week getting sick threw a wrench into some of the plans, but I try to switch things around and use whatever might go bad if that’s the case.
Every day, things get better it seems. Last week I was able to get in a few runs with minimal pain for most of the run. That’s about all I can hope for. I go to the Dr. tomorrow to make sure things are looking good and see when it will be healed, ha.
Tuesday: 4 Mile Run and some abs
Wednesday: 1 Mile Run (Toe ended up hurting from standing on it all day, so 1 mile was all I did)
Thursday: 5.02 Mile Run
Friday: Was hoping for a workout, but I ended up getting sick Thursday night. Though I felt better, my entire body was just exhausted, so I listened and rested on the couch.
Saturday: Run 3 Miles for Meg’s Miles
Miles Run in 2014—31.18 miles
Sunday: Rest Day.
