Hi everyone! Not going to lie, I’ve spent the past few days unplugging, and just enjoying time with Aaron. It’s been fantastic after all of our holiday get togethers. We have had a blast, and watched movies I never would have thought to watch! But, we needed to gear up for another week, so I spent some time meal planning yesterday, and Aaron and I had a date at the grocery store last night
Sunday: Tilapia stuffed with crab meat, side of zucchini
Monday: Sloppy Joes, Zucchini, sweet potato fries
Tuesday: Grilled cheese and soup (I know there will be plenty of appetizers and dips at our party later that night!)
Wednesday: Sloppy Joes leftovers and broccoli
Thursday: Tortilla Soup and Beer Biscuits
Friday: Aaron’s going to the Pen’s Game, so I’m heading to my parent’s
Saturday: Wedding! Cannot wait for this wedding!
Hmm, about that. Last week I thought my toe was better and I started using the elliptical. I think I might have started it too soon, because my toe has been quite swollen, but I’m trying to take it easy.
Sunday: 30 Minute Elliptical
Monday: 30 Minute Elliptical and weights
Tuesday: Rest Day
Wednesday: 1 Mile Run..I had to test out the treadmill
Thursday: 20 Minute Elliptical and upper body circuit
Friday: I think Rest Day
Saturday: Upper Body Circuit
Sunday: Unlimited Sweat DVD 45 Minute Kickboxing
So definitely more rest days than I am used to, but I’m trying my best to handle it. I woke up to my toe feeling pretty good today, so I’m hoping maybe in the next few days I can try running again. Doc said whenever I felt good, I can start!
And with that, I’m off to enjoy the day. It’s raining outside, so it’s been a bit of a slow start to the morning, but I’m going to soak in Aaron’s final day off! Have a great day!
