Hello! Are you all staying warm? We had so much snow come yesterday! Not sure what’s in plan for today, but my goal is to stay warm! I also managed to get all my food prep done last night, which is fantastic. I started doing it while waiting for my pasta to boil and be done, and managed to get everything done! Feels great not to worry about that today!
Every week, I tend to prep the same things. I cut up and divide peppers, celery, and carrots into containers for the week. I portion out Vanilla Greek Yogurt for lunches, along with making granola when needed. I top mine with Cinnamon Crumble Kashi cereal so I put that in baggies. I also pack some snacks into baggies to have for the week. We really enjoy pretzels, and this week, Animal Crackers. Sometimes, you just need something yummy during the day! I also make Aaron’s breakfasts for the week. This week’s include oatmeal, some waffles, and some apple butter with toast!
Sunday: My family is coming over and bringing Buffalo Chicken Pizza with them for dinner!
Monday: Taco Salads
Tuesday: Pesto Pizza with mixed veggies
Wednesday: Taco’s (meat lasts us 2 meals) with broccoli and rice
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner- omelets with roasted potatos I think!
Friday: Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla with broccoli
Saturday: We will be heading out to lunch with my mom’s side of family so dinner will be light!
Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: 6 Mile Workout
Tuesday: Get out of your comfort zone HIIT (3.64 miles) and Abs
Thursday: 5 mile run (42:17) with Love Your Arms and Abs 2x
Friday: Love your Booty 3 times and 25 minute walk
Saturday: 7 Miles (58:20)
