How are you all doing today? We have had a fantastic weekend, even finishing all of my to-do items! I was able to spent a lot of time with my parent’s, while Aaron stayed back and studied for his final. I am so proud of him for taking this class, and doing so great in it. He works really hard each week, making each of his days pretty long. I can’t wait for him to have some time to do things he loves for a month!
Last week’s meals ended up getting thrown around. We ended up with more leftovers than we thought we’d have, so we spent a few days eating those, and then my mom gave us some dinner, Aaron had a hockey game to go to one night, and I had a late Dr. appt one night, making meals come together in a flash. That just makes it easier for me this week!

Tuesday: Trader Joe’s Mozzarella Pizza Burgers
Wednesday: Tomato Basil Soup (hope so this time!)
Thursday: Chicken Wraps
Friday: Homemade Pizza
Saturday: Brown rice, Chicken, Veggies
Some weeks we have a lot of leftovers, and some week’s those are our lunches. It’s nice to switch things up!

As you can see, not too much running. I wasn’t really feeling it this week, and I was totally fine with it. I’m not training for anything, so I took it as my body needed some time off! I did get a run in yesterday, which felt great!
