I have figured something out lately. When it comes to Friday, I don’t want to cook. It ends up that we find something to eat on Fridays and Saturdays that is not usually on the menu. I know I should want to cook more when I have more time, but I’m so much more productive when I’m busy. During the week when I work and then come home and get started, I’m totally fine with it. Therefore, I am going to try incorporating the crockpot more on Fridays and Saturdays and include leftovers on those days. Maybe this will keep the meal plan going through the weekend!
Sunday: Chicken Parm, noodles, broccoli
Monday: Ham, Cheesy Potatoes, and Zucchini
Tuesday: Chicken and Broccoli Braid with rice
Wednesday: Crockpot Lasagna Soup
Thursday: Stuffed Tilapia, broccoli
Friday: Crockpot Pizza Casserole
Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: 3 mile run (24:06 minutes) with the strength portion of this workout
Tuesday: 4 Mile run (32 minutes) with this ab workout
Wednesday: Full Body Circuit
Thursday: Ended up with 4 miles or walk/run and 8 minute abs. I think the Full body workout on Wednesday put too much pressure on bending my toe. It hurt so bad, almost worse than the end of December. I backed off when it started to hurt and ended up doing incline walking.
Friday: 20 minutes of walking and my Favorite Moves Tabata. It was a good one!
Saturday: 8 mile Run (67 minutes)
