The past few weeks have included more Brinners than I should probably admit. But, let’s face it. When you’re provided with Protein Pancakes that not only taste amazing, but have protein added and aren’t bad for you, how do you resist?
When FlapJacked reached out to me about trying their products, both Aaron and I were hesitant. I have tried one too many “protein pancake” recipes that don’t taste or look at all like pancakes, and usually end up in the garbage. I figured, though, I might as well try these, and I am so glad I did!
They are light and fluffy, they taste like an actual pancake, AND hold me over until my next meal! Aaron and I were so impressed with these.

Tuesday: Hamburgers and French Fries
Wednesday: Broccoli Cheddar Cheese and Chicken on Crescent rolls
Thursday: Not sure where we will be so leftovers.
Friday: Valentine’s Day. We aren’t going out, but will be making dinner ourselves. At the moment, we haven’t decided what we are making!
Saturday: Homemade Pizza with dough from Trader Joe’s
