Hey everyone.. ready to start a new week? Let’s enjoy the last of Sunday, though, first!
This week’s meals will be more on target! Last weeks were good, though.
Last week our meals got tossed around a bit due to other commitments so some things made it on this week’s menu instead!
Sunday: Burgers, veggie, roasted potatoes
Monday: Chicken Quesadilla, veggie, sweet potato fries
Tuesday: Homemade Pesto Pizza
Wednesday: Buffalo Chicken Wraps (we love this meal)
Thursday: Mom’s birthday so we’ll head there!
Friday: Crab Meat Fettuccine Alfredo
Saturday: Wing It
Monday: Total rest day; my body hurt from the weekend!
Tuesday: New workout on the treadmill that will be up this week! Plus some random stretching and abs! 4.3 miles total
Wednesday: Shoulder Shaper, walked on the treadmill, Dodgeball
Thursday: Did Julie’s Bootcamp workout and loved it! Definitely a repeater.
Friday: Ran 4 miles (4.5 with w.u. and c.d.) plus Julie’s Evening Ab routine
Saturday: Ran 6 Miles (6.5 with wu and cd) OUTSIDE! Well, 5 outside and the last 1.2 on the treadmill then cool down. It was supposed to rain all day, but then I found out it was like 60 degrees and beautiful so Aaron and I headed to the trail. I haven’t run on them since before Christmas. I ran outside until Aaron was done and then finished it up on the treadmill because we had to be home for my brother to stop over. I also did a yoga video online for 20 minutes. Need to do more of them.
