Tuesday: 5.4 Mile Run and Tone It Up Abs
Wednesday: Bootcamp Blast, Yoga, walking on the treadmill, running with run club for kids at work, dodgeball, and a short run with Aaron after that.
Thursday: 4.3 Mile Run and Abs
Friday: Yoga and a HIIT workout I’ve been doing and can’t wait to share this week!
Saturday: 6.4 Mile Run on the treadmill
