Sunday: Dinner brought over my mother in law for my birthday
Tuesday: BBQ Chicken and mashed potatoes
Wednesday: Hot Dogs and Mac and Cheese (dodgeball is early)
Thursday: Cereal before heading to our friends with some more snacks
Friday: Tilapia with Crab Meat
I’ve been dealing with some knee pain. It’s gotten pretty bad to always hurting, but then it feels better, so I’m not sure what the deal is. I’ve been trying to take it easy when I can. With that said…
Monday: Summertime Arms and 25 minute walk with pulsing abs
Tuesday: 4 mile run
Wednesday: Kettlebell Class. I loved it!
Thursday: 4.5 mile HIIT run in 31:40. I need to start working on my speed more, and challenging myself. I don’t have any huge races coming up, but I’ve been doing too much in the easy comfortable zone and want to push myself.
Friday: Rest from my knee
Saturday: Rest due to tons of driving. Believe me, I wish I could have gotten some activity in! Ha My butt hurt from sitting in the car so long.
Sunday: 5 mile run with Aaron
