Holy cow, did I just write June in the title? That’s crazy to me!

Fitness for the Week
Monday: Body Sculpt Class
Tuesday: My own body sculpt class which includes this workout as part of it
Wednesday: 3 mile run and Pulsing Abs. So, my knee was feeling great, and I decided to attempt a run. It didn’t really hurt when running. I could feel it, but it was more of a dull pain that I probably wouldn’t have thought twice about if it wasn’t already injured. I kept it easy with 3 miles, but by the end of the night, it was hurting. All day Thursday it hurt, so I’m not sure what the deal is.
Thursday: T25 Upper Body workout (not my favorite)
Friday: Summertime Arms
Saturday: Sculpt Class at the gym. It was supposed to be an interval class which is what I was hoping for, but the lady was on vacation so a sub had it.
