Hi everyone! Hope you are enjoying your weekend; soak in the remaining time! I’m checking in to share my workouts from last week and my dinner menu for this week!
Monday: Chicken Parm (Aaron out)
Tuesday: Buffalo Chicken Casserole
Wednesday: Burgers and Mac and Cheese
Thursday: I’m out- Aaron will eat Chicken Parm leftovers
Friday: Fettucine Alfredo
Saturday: Flatbread Pizza
(The above meals don’t include a veggie and fruit. That just depends what we have and feel like eating that night!)
Here’s how last week went!
Monday: Taught Bodysculpt- look out Tuesday for the workout!
Tuesday: 3 mile run
Wednesday: Interval Sculpt. Very similar to this one.
Thursday: 4.4 mile run
Friday: 20 minute elliptical and this workout. I also bought new running shoes so I clearly had to test them out! 2.16 mile run at a faster pace. First time in forever my knee didn’t bother me! Wahoo!
Saturday: 5.66 mile run (getting the mileage even). Ended up doing 2.67 outside on the trail. It was a perfect morning with clouds and a cool temp. I was anxious to get out and within 2 minutes of beginning, it started raining. I kept going for about a mile until it started really coming down and I turned out. I ended up finishing and doing 3 on the treadmill when I got home.
I won’t lie- I have a hard time getting up the motivation come Friday for a workout. Tuesdays and Thursdays I am trying to strictly do just cardio. Mondays and Wednesdays work every part of my body, and I don’t want to over exercise my muscles. Fridays I am usually just not into the workouts for whatever reason. I usually just take it as it comes. Sometimes my muscles are just done for and that’s ok with me. I might do a shorter workout, or no workout, and I’m not worrying about it. I just want to keep it real and share that some workouts just aren’t great for me either!
