I had such a great weekend visiting Kelly and her family in Columbus! They are basically my second family, so it was nice to get away and have fun with them. Here’s this week’s plan!
Monday: Grilled cheese Depends what I am feeling up to eating, or Aaron will eat this and I will find something else.
Tuesday: Leftover salsa chicken that I froze last week.
Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner
Thursday: Chicken Wraps
Friday: Homemade pizza
Saturday: Dinner at the In-laws
Sunday: Tortilla Soup
As you can tell, this week is pretty easy on the food front. I can imagine that I won’t be feeling like cooking much, and will be shocked if I even cook this much. This is just the name of the game when I have moles off, unfortunately. Everything on the menu does sound delicious, though, so hopefully it all happens!
Fitness for the Week:
Monday: Major rest day. I was quite sore when I went to sleep Sunday in my hips, but woke up feeling better only with a sore knee instead. It was completely expected after the race, and no biggie!
Tuesday: 35 minute walk, Danica’s 5-30 workout 4 times, and Yoga
Wednesday: 3 mile run. My left foot and knee were hurting through the run, so I decided to stop and not do the rest of my workout
Thursday: 15 Minute Cardio Bust on Nike Training+, Spooktacular Upper Body, then 15 minute Full Intensity Cardio from Sworkit
Friday: Cardio Pick Me up, but made into Tabata form, with 5 minute stretch before and after
Saturday: Walked around Columbus!
Sunday: Hopefully Bodyweight circuit, For time workout, and maybe an afternoon run or walk with Aaron? We’ll see how it goes when I get home!
