Woo.. it’s Sunday, which means I am meeting with Caitlin today! It also means that it is time for weekly meal plan! Aaron and I did a great job of sticking to ours last week! The only difference was that we had more leftovers than we though, so we skipped dinner on Tuesday and it will be this week!
Meal Plan for the Week
Aaron and I are actually having both of our families over tonight for dinner. Our siblings are heading off to school this week, so we wanted everyone to be together one more time before life gets crazy!
We are having Chicken Pesto Pasta, Garlic Bread, salad, and a Pumpkin dessert!
My cousin, Bridget, is heading off to Ohio University this week, too, so Aaron, Matt, and I are going to go out to dinner with her and her brother, Shawn! Not exactly sure where we are heading.
Stuffed Tilapia, broccoli, Cous Cous
Hamburgers, mixed veggies, and sweet potato fries.
Taquitos, salad, and rice.
Turkey hot dogs and Mac ‘n Cheese. Ever have one of those meals you really really crave? That would be this one for me!
The Fitness Front
This week’s workouts were just alright. I was not into doing too much, and felt sick for part of the week which hindered performance. My runs were fantastic, though!

I subbed the elliptical for the treadmill. I slammed my kneecap off a table and couldn’t run!
