Hi everyone! I am fairly busy this week (seriously, I had to sit down to think about what was going on this week it is so busy!) but I have a great workout for you today! I always feel like the week before a vacation is so stressful! Does anyone else? I totally forgot to add into my calendar that I need to find time to pack! Add in hair trial, make up trial, car inspection, job interview today (wish me luck!), returns, Fourth of July festivities and you have a crazy, stressed out girl! What better for stress than working out, though, really?
As I was making my weekly workout schedule (yes I do that every week.. harder than you think!) I needed a short, but effective leg workout to add to my schedule. Of course I had to share it with you!
I love adding bursts of cardio into a workout. I feel like it keeps my heart rate up, and makes me sweat like crazy! Complete this once, twice, or three times to feel the burn! Make sure you are warmed up before beginning, though!
As always, please let me know if you are going to try it! I love that it can be equipment free! I need more of those for my vacation next week!

Are you someone who needs to be doing different workouts so you don’t get bored? Um, yes. I typically never repeat the same workouts week to week because I need new ones to keep me busy. I also need workouts that break things up.. which is why I love this leg workout!
