Hi everyone. Hope you are all having a fantastic week! Just because I am on vacation doesn’t mean I’m not working out. Between running in a new area, and having the boat to do water sports, I’m getting my fair share of exercise. However, on rainy days, or some that are chillier, I need something else to do. I came up with a No equipment needed vacation workout to get me through those times! Hope you enjoy!
The first one is a strength and cardio, with no equipment, workout. You can choose to do this once or twice. You will perform each move for 50 seconds, and rest 10 seconds before moving on.
After you finish that, you can move on to your core! I have done this workout a few times in my group fitness classes and it’s always a burner!
Few moves you may not know:
Skater Lunges (closest I could find. Basically do a curtsey lunge fast with a hop in between.)
Tick Tock Crunches- hold your legs at a 45 degree angle to the left and perform a crunch. Raise your legs straight in front of you and perform a crunch, lower to 45 degrees on the right and perform a crunch. Repeat.
