This has quickly become a regular in my regular food prep. I love having homemade apple butter, and feel so much better knowing what ingredients I used. This recipe is so easy to make. Place the ingredients in and leave it alone for a few hours!

I love this workout because you can tailor it to whatever you can do. You may not run 2 miles between the sets, maybe you run 1 or maybe you walk 1! Whatever you can do is what you can do!
